Continuous Quality Improvement Plan

 Each Long-Term Care (LTC) home in Ontario develops a Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) each year to outline how the home will improve the quality and safety of care for residents. The QIP identifies key goals, measurable targets, and specific actions the home will take to enhance areas such as resident care, safety, communication, and overall quality of life. It also helps ensure accountability and continuous improvement by tracking progress and sharing results with residents, families, staff, and the community.
